Bonus Ball

Thank you to all those who have joined the Bonus Ball and congratulations to those who have won to date.  The Christmas Loto Bonus Ball is for a £50 bonus prize.  This is whichever draw is closest to Christmas Day.

Silver Box

The Silver Box Draw has been extended.  This is a draw that you pay £1.00 to put your name on a ticket in a silver box.  The money in the three boxes located around Caerwys is added together and the winning ticket will receive half of the money and the remainder being split between Caerwys Playgroup and School.  If you would like to enter the draw, tickets cost £1.00 and are available at the Royal Oak and the Piccadily Inn.  The winning ticket will be drawn on Christmas Eve.

Aladdin Panto – Clwyd Theatr Cymru

This is on Thursday 6th January at Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Mold.  We will be leaving school by coach at 1.15pm for the 2.00pm performance and should arrive back in school at approximately 4.45pm.

Christmas Concerts

Thank you to all the children for the providing us with such excellent entertainment during this weeks Christmas Concerts.  Thank you also to all the staff and parents for their help and support.  We have one unclaimed raffle prize from Thursday evening – yellow ticket numbers 226 to 230.  If you have this ticket please bring it in to the school office to claim your prize.

Christingle Service St Michael’s Church

St Michael’s Church will be holding a Christingle Service on Sunday 5th December at 11.00am.  Other dates for the Christmas period include the Churchyardigans Christmas Service on the 17th December at St Michael’s Church at 4.00pm.  There is also a Crib Service on the 24th December at 6.00pm.

Christmas Dinner and Christmas Party

Christmas Dinner is next Thursday 9th December.  £1.85 for Juniors and £1.80 for Infants.  If you are having Christmas Dinner and have not returned your slip and money please send it in on Monday.  We sent home a letter regarding the Christmas Party on Wednesday 15th December.  School meal service is providing the party food at lunch time at the cost of £1.85 Juniors and £1.80 Infants including Nursery.  Please return the reply slip with payment no later than Friday 10th December.  Thank you.

Christmas Fair – School and Caerwys Playgroup

Thank you to everyone for their help and support at the Christmas Fair on Saturday.  Despite the weather the fair raised £569.31 for school and playgroup.  Below is a list of raffle prize winners.
